I used Luna Flooring once in the past, 6 years ago and they were fine. HOWEVER, they call me NON-STOP!! I get pissed and tell them to remove me from the call list and the calls stop for a few months and then they start up again. Incessantly calling. As in HARASSING, see screenshot. They called 7 times in one minute. They call back to back to back. It's insane. As a result of this alone, I will NEVER do business with them again.

Do not use this company.... Horrible nightmare service!!!!! Run!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I cancelled my services with them and got my money back.

Avoid Luna flooring at all costs!!! I had nothing but problems with Luna from the time we signed the contract up through today almost 2 years later. We were sold what is allegedly a high traffic, water resistant flooring and paid for what we thought was a quality product. The flooring is not holding up well to normal family use and has started to bubble around the kitchen sink.
