My wife bought a 2011 Suzuki SX4 from you while I was in the hospital for heart failure, she is still waiting for the spare key and fob that you promised her last Feb.. We have both left messages on the phone n emails,,,," ghosted us". * You have the address in your records, Please mail at the spare key that you said had to be ordered special? Said nothing about any locksmith or that would have been taken care of by now. I would think this could be resolved rather quickly, keep your promise!
Beware: After you buy the car,they screen their calls and neglect to answer any emails!
3 for 3! So far I've gotten a small car, large truck and now a smaller sporty SUV. I can honestly say whatever your looking to get into, your always in good hands here! Very thankful for everyone over at Luna Family Auto!
So far, so good. I know the mechanic who does their inspections and we've been with the mechanic's family for four generations. We trust the inspection stickers. Prices are sometimes on the high side, but as I've said before, most often you get what you pay for. This dealership is a family-run and oriented operation. Easy to work with, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. Well worth the time to at least stop and look, you may just find the right car.
Beware: Luna knowingly sold my 17 y.o. kid a car that will “pass inspection when you replace the fenders.” Ends up the entire chassis was rusted and “the car is a danger to drive” (said the Midas mechanic). When confronted, the dealer blamed my child for not reading the fine print and promptly hung up.
