Rene Montoya was awesome! We kept trying to get together but we finally met after several unpredictable things kept preventing us from meeting. He inspected (saw things insurance wasn't going to pay for and got it paid for), gave his estimate and got started right away after our agreement that he would be the one doing our roof.
