This place was utterly wonderful to work with. I couldn't have been happier with the custom built plaque. Truly everyone involved in our 1SG Farewell celebration was blown away with how good this looked! Thank you! You truly helped us show just how much we appreciate him. Picture doesn't do it justice. Worst experience ever. They said they could do something, but, did not deliver. The customer service is horrible, they don’t answer the phones and blame you for their mistakes. It has been over 3 months since my experience with them and I still haven’t resolved the problem. They refuse to refund me my money and or make it right. They definitely do not value military service and all they care about is your money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
