Disrespectful – Thank you, Luna, for wasting two hours of my time while I waited for your salesperson to show up. And then, when I called to find out what happened, I got someone on the phone that didnt care and asked if I wanted to reschedule.. Um, if you can't show up on time when I am trying to give you money, why in the hell would I want to use you and trust you to come into my home to install carpeting? Much Better Selection Than Empire – Salesperson was very nice. Had more than twice the selection of laminates as empire. Despite higher quality product that looked much better they beat empire by $100. Installation went good i ordered 1300 SF and they got it done in two days. I would give them a try if you are in the market.
sent defective carpet. charged $550.00 for one bedroom of carpet. had to reorder. no good quality carpet . overpriced.
Perfect job many times – great service from start to finish. I never review anything online but i was looking luna up to see reviews i actually got irritated that someone slammed them so bad. I have had many friends,family ,and people i work with (not friends) use them. I was refferred to them by my brother and will continue to do so. Mistakes can happen anywhere and this is a stand up compnay. Keep it going Luna, good job
Love Luna – Great customer service, friendly employees and absolutely fabulous selection of carpet and flooring---considerably more than anywhere else we shopped. We are very pleased with Luna and would definitely shop there again.
HORRIBLE – Ordered carpet runner for two flights of stairs. Was promised installation the following Saturday during a three hour window. Installers arrived late without proper materials, measurements, or information. Really they only sell the carpet and sub-contract the installation, so they have no control over the quality. The buereacracy at their customer service department is so bad you can't get any appropriate response out of anyone. Don't follow through on what they say they are going to do.
