Every single service she does and every product she offers comes straight from the heart! If you’re looking to have some cosmetic tattooing done, Celena does an awesome job. She will thoroughly explain the work she’s going to do, perfectly clean and sanitized room and equipment, and as sweet as honey! Her lash extensions are Ahhhh-mazing!!
