I absolutely loved my experience at this salon. the atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. The staff is so professional and you can really tell they know what they’re doing. I was nervous because it was my first time with them, but they explained each step and made me feel comfortable the whole time.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your salon, as it was unfortunately quite upsetting. First, there was a mix-up with my appointment date, followed by poor communication. When I arrived, it seemed team had no idea about the incident or the discount that owner offered me. On top of that, I didn’t have enough time for my eyebrow tint because I was told it wasn’t booked - even though I clearly asked for it in advance. Overall, the process felt very disorganized.
