They are amazing! Another stylist ruined my hair and made me believe it would just have to grow out. Abby told me this wasn't the case and was able to get my color back to the strawberry blond I was looking for! Lifetime customer!
Arika gave my daughter a gorgeous and we’re obsessed with it.
I'm not sure if Abby is new to the company or not, but the way she handled a conversation with me about my disappointment with my hair was definitely less than professional, almost to the point of argumentative then wanted to charge me full price to fix it without any kind of compromise, when she was the one who convinced me my hair would still be blonde, our versions of blonde are very different. I will not be going back and someone else will be fixing my hair. Photo shows light brown hair not blonde.
