I'm not sure if Abby is new to the company or not, but the way she handled a conversation with me about my disappointment with my hair was definitely less than professional, almost to the point of argumentative then wanted to charge me full price to fix it without any kind of compromise, when she was the one who convinced me my hair would still be blonde, our versions of blonde are very different. I will not be going back and someone else will be fixing my hair. Photo shows light brown hair not blonde.

I’ve been going to Hayley for years, and I’m so excited she’s now at this beautiful new salon! The space is welcoming and modern, and as always, Hayley does an incredible job with my hair. If you're looking for a stylist who truly listens and delivers amazing results, I highly recommend her!

Abigail put the most love and attention into my haircut that I have ever received from a salon. And it SHOWS. Plus the location itself was beautiful and clean, and the owner was super sweet! It was the perfect balance between luxe and casual. I don’t usually like to brave downtown New Albany, but the way it was worthhhh ittttt.
