Living here is a love-hate relationship. I have been here since 2023 and while the front staff is helpful and the maintenance team is friendly, the complex itself is the problem. Parking after 6 PM is almost impossible. Paying almost $2,800 a month and still having to walk a distance to my building is ridiculous. The gated community isn’t secure because anyone can tailgate in, and cars speed recklessly at the exit trying to get in, making it feel dangerous every day.
