I booked an appointment online, but when I arrived Vanessa had no record of it and was quite rude. She kept sending the receptionist back and forth while cutting someone's hair, making me feel like an inconvenience. I later saw Trish in Kelowna, who was amazing. When my bracelet needed a free adjustment within the first year, I had to contact Vanessa again, and the second interaction was just as disappointing. Overall, great service from Trish and the owner, but my experiences with Vanessa were very poor.
