Lovely staff, very caring and really take an interest in their patients. Receptionist are all very warm and friendly and happy to help you with your questions.
Had an appointment at Lumus Imaging Laurieton today. The waiting room was disgusting. I have just read Cara's review from one month ago and the Lumus reply and it's pretty obvious you do not take your hygiene seriously. Have seen cleaner Veterinary waiting rooms. Floors were filthy, chairs and furniture disgusting, windows dirty. If you do have a cleaner at all, it's certainly time to get a new one.
