Had a ‘free’ service contract performed. The tech. said I need an oil flush at 100k miles, cost $99. Also a new oil pan drain plug. The bill was $200. I asked why, since I had a paid contract. He said, “Oh I didn’t see that”. Also the printout of services stated the flush was not required until 150k. I worked over 30 years in aerospace and could see the drain plug threads were fine. I came in for a simple oil change on a car with less than 10,000 miles and absolutely no issues, and this turned into one of the worst dealership service experiences I’ve ever had. Because my car is under 10,000 miles, I couldn’t go anywhere else for service—so I was stuck with them. They took my car and left me sitting for over an hour and a half with zero communication. Respectful front desk personnels. Nice place to wait while the car is checked. With restrooms and free snacks. Quiet place copious chairs to wait. Does not charge too expensive.

Excellent, friendly service! I arrived 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday and they were kind enough to take a look at an issue with my car. They were able to diagnose it and fortunately it was a simple fix. They had me back on the road right away. I would highly recommend them!
