The staff are friendly, professional, kind and caring. They do not "sell" you anything your pet doesn't need. My beloved dog receives the best of care from LPAH.

Lums Pond Animal Hospital is 5 stars period. I had a VERY bad experience at another animal hospital to the point I feel was negligence and could have been given a few more years. I searched for a new facility when I got my 2 new baby Ragdolls. Lums Pond was a little farther but well worth the trip. This facility is VERY clean. Unsatisfied Boarding....Beware Being a loyal customer for the past 2 1/2 years, we boarded our dog at Lums Pond on numerous occasions. This summer our dog became ill after being boarded. He had a serious skin condition that I notice upon picking him up. The next day I took him to my vet and was told he had an allergic reaction to something. After paying $102.00 for his medical treatment, I returned to Lums Pond to share the information and to see if the owner would pay part of the expense. Lums Pond Animal Hospital Awesome!!!! Lums pond animal hospital is amazing. The staff is very loving and interested in your pet when you bring them in and take great care to make them relaxed and at ease while examining them. It is the only animal hospital I trust in the area. Awesome facilities and boarding, grooming available on property.
Wonderful staff and vets! I had to use Lums Pond in an emergency situation once. I rushed in there and handed them my dying dog. They rushed her off and within minutes the vet was speaking to me and telling me about her status. She offered many options while trying to keep the costs down. I waited in the clean, quiet waiting room and received frequent updates while each test was being performed. Confusing Staff I've visited Lums Pond on various occasions and have found the staff to be very multifaceted. The staff is great with adults and animals, but give no recognition to teenagers when there is no pet present. I used to be a delivery driver for a small sub shop and when I went to the front desk to give the employees their food, I was ignored for a good 5 minutes, not to mention I had about 3 bags in my hand filled with sandwiches. Your pets treatment will be almost better then yours at this place. Top notch vet care no doubt, if you have an emergency don't think twice, but if it can wait, shop around and go somewhere else. I got a prescription for my animal and a month later after the sample ran out they would not fax the prescription that only takes 2 minutes, instead they are making me come down and pick a hand written script up, that isn't finished and should have been finished when I paid my $400+ bill for my two animals.
