The staff are friendly, professional, kind and caring. They do not "sell" you anything your pet doesn't need. My beloved dog receives the best of care from LPAH.

Lums Pond Animal Hospital is 5 stars period. I had a VERY bad experience at another animal hospital to the point I feel was negligence and could have been given a few more years. I searched for a new facility when I got my 2 new baby Ragdolls. Lums Pond was a little farther but well worth the trip. This facility is VERY clean. Every time we've been there, it's clean, friendly atmosphere and NEVER smelled anything --if you know what I mean. Your pets treatment will be almost better then yours at this place. Top notch vet care no doubt, if you have an emergency don't think twice, but if it can wait, shop around and go somewhere else. I got a prescription for my animal and a month later after the sample ran out they would not fax the prescription that only takes 2 minutes, instead they are making me come down and pick a hand written script up, that isn't finished and should have been finished when I paid my $400+ bill for my two animals.
