I can only speak to the service aspect, but multiple times ive had hour an a half waits for an oil change - and they always try and upsell you on other stuff. The service itself is good, but the wait times and price is not worth it when I get go another place and get it done at max an hour. For just standard repairs and oil changes go elsewhere.
Not sure if they checked my airfilter. A couple of days after, I had to fill my windshield fluid. So they did not check that. So did they even change my oil filter??? Just not the same service i get back home. I always get a text are call about what they find. And get a copy of what they did and any suggestions.
