If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is ridiculous I called Lum's and couldn't talk to a real person. When they called back, they said it would be $200 just to diagnose the issue with my tire pressure sensors. When I ask how much it would be to fix it if it was best or worse case, they wouldn't give me a price. Then when I pressed them, tney said it would likely be around $600 total at least. Great service and attention to detail
While the purchase was good, the service department is not well organized. Communication is extremely poor. Would not recommend for dealership based on the experiences with the service department.
Huge thank you to Cliff and Lums Auto Center for making buying my Bronco Sport ridiculously easy. Cliff personally drove it over 5 hours to deliver it to me, then took my trade-in all the way back. Truly exceptional and personalized service …and a genuinely nice guy to work with. Highly recommend if you want a car-buying experience without the usual headache and circus act.
Really unfortunate after many years of buying vehicles here and telling others also will never recommend others go here almost $7k in out of pocket repairs on a vehicle that was said to have gone through the shop and still needs more repairs 🙄. Has turned into just another money hungry place that doesn’t care about customers or what they are selling people. Most of the staff is friendly.
