Everyone is professional, but not always friendly. But they fixed my car and helped me find a rental in the interim. I was a little surprised they didn't bother to vacuum or wash my vehicle after fixing it like a lot of other repair shops do, especially give that we pay top dollar at dealerships, but maybe that's just not their thing? So far so good on the repair. My vehicle did come back with a minor dent in the door that was not there before but we will see if they can pop that out for me. Will update accordingly. Great service center. Friendly staff; free coffee and popcorn. Nice and cozy waiting area. They clearly have a ton of customers, so make sure to schedule your maintenance and expect delays. They offer free wifi, so the extra wait is probably not that bad, knowing that we all come armed with cellphones, tablets or even laptops (yes! you could work remotely from the waiting area).
