Very disappointing experience. When I arrived for a simple rear brake rotor and pads replacement, the service advisor, Christian Ortiz, immediately tried to add an extra $299 for a brake fluid flush and claimed it was “required.” That was not true, and he only backed down after I put my husband on the phone. Warning ⚠️ If you think your personal belongings are safe when getting express service, Think again. I had set up a live feed video of only the inside of my vehicle aimed at the center console on a vehicle I brought in on 2/18/2025 JACOB BLEA, the service writer turned off my video camera during service. How do i know if they did or did not look in my personal belongings? Also that CRAP gap insurance LUMS sold me was an absolute JOKE. Portfolio Gap paid only $200 on a $4000 gap so do not buy gap from Lums.
