I have been visiting your clinic for over two years, and I would like to say that I have always appreciated the kindness and professionalism of your staff. Until now, I have not had any concerns. However, during my visit today, I experienced something that caused me concern. The glutathione was added to my IV bag while it was still approximately halfway full, rather than toward the end of the infusion. I had a great experience at this clinic! The staff were incredibly nice, respectful, and patient throughout my visit. Their customer service was excellent — they were very accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The clinic itself has a calm and relaxing atmosphere. It was a bit cold, but they kindly offered blankets and tea, which was such a thoughtful touch. You can really tell they care about making the experience as pleasant as possible.
