This business is not your 5 cooks, 10 servers, a host, and 2 bartender establishment. If that is the thought you were given when you were told about it while asking people where a good place to eat was. Then those people had a same experience you did but were more intelligent to notice the phone in orders, and amount of food picked up and or call in orders being placed on top of the others who walked in expecting a fast food speed with the best quality imaginable, all while being waited on hand and foot with a smile. I understand its not fast food abut taking over an hour to cook a double cheese burger and sweet potato fries coming in when its not busy then getting burnt food don't waste your time.

Lousy service... Lazy staff... Over priced food... Food was under fried and some was even burnt! Beer was the best part of the meal and only part they got right... Will never eat there again... If your not a 'regular' then you get ignored. Can't believe they treated a veteran like that... The obviously young woman who was 'bar tending' was more interested in watching tv than working. The woman cooking doesn't know how to cook... Went in when it was dead and no one in there, got ignored for 20 minutes before someone took our ... read more
