Had a great experience with Lump & Sons Inc. The team is honest, trustworthy, professional, and clearly knows what they’re doing. They took the time to explain the issue, didn’t push unnecessary repairs, and finished the work when they said they would (rare automotive unicorn). Pricing was fair, service was smooth, and the car runs perfectly. It’s refreshing to find a repair shop you can actually trust-highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and straightforward car service.

My rating is a 0/10 because I’ve had to bring my car back OVER 6 TIMES for the EXACT SAME ISSUE that I already paid thousands of dollars to have fixed. Every single time, I was told it was repaired, only for the problem to continue. At this point, it feels like they either don’t know what they’re doing or simply don’t care. Lumpp & Sons is an incredible, trustworthy, and reliable shop. If you need anything, Lumpp & Sons will give you a fair price as well as provide solutions you may not have thought of before. Many times I have come to Lumpp & Sons, and each time they have given me recommendations on how to fix my car with cheap and quality solutions. One day, my car stopped unexpectedly. I’ve taken my car here a few times now, and it’s been a really good experience every time. The work they do has always been exemplary, and the prices have consistently been extremely competitive, if not outright lower. If you don’t currently have or know of a reliable auto shop near you, this is your place. It’s not flashy or shiny, I know. But don’t let that put you off. It’s actually one of the things I like about it. Pat and the guys here know their business, and aren’t out to gouge you. That’s gold.
