Not once did anyone tell me there was going to be any type of cost until they brought my car up front. I didn't sign any paperwork giving permission to do anything to my car. That's pretty crappy!!! And unprofessional. I'm a former automotive manager, and if one of my employees did something like that. We'd be eating the cost. You can't just assume someone wants or can afford the service. I wanted to wait until I had been going to Lumpp & Sons for some time, before I submitted a review. I originally sought out their services back when I moved to the area in 2020. In the intervening years, I've never met a more trustworthy group of mechanics - with discerning expertise that I'd be happy to recommend to friends and family. Thank you to Patrick and his team for some of the best possible service I've ever had!
Extremely trustworthy and honest. Dealership said I needed all 4 brakes done and Lumpp & Sons showed me that only the front brakes needed replacement. I saved $500 due to their honesty.
Lump and sons ruined our 1965 tbird they Dented the front end Dented the back end left the window open it rained inside now the windows do not go up and down because the motors in the doors got full of water. They tore off the tbird sign. the whole inside is full of mold.don’t take your car to them horrible things will happen
Got my work beater in and out in about six hours for brakes and a serious exhaust leak. Got it fixed up and back to me the day of. At a very reasonable price.
