Had someone come out to see if they could replace the glass in our door. Small job, granted. We called four times over two months to get an update on just an estimate. Treated rudely each time like we were bothering them. Never got an estimate. Will never go with or recommend them.
They came out to do a estimate 3 months or so ago and I even called after not hearing from them. The man I spoke to on the phone indicated that someone will call me. I called back three times and even said if this isn’t something he could do then let me know. He assured me it was no problem. I waited..still no response. I ended up going with another company to complete what appeared to be a fairest simple job. I own my own company and this is poor customer service.
