I'm really glad I went with Lumous Projects for this job. From A to Z, Bob made everything straightforward, he told me exactly what things would cost upfront and didn't sugarcoat the timeline either, which I appreciated. Lumous helped us with a home extension earlier this year and the whole thing went smoother than I expected. Bob was honestly a pleasure to deal with, start to finish it felt pretty easy and we’re really happy with how it turned out. Can easily recommend them if you’re thinking about doing the same 👍

I’m so glad we chose Bob to renovate and extend our home. He is careful and methodical in the way he works and helped us (along with our architect) navigate council approvals. He was very considered in his approach and looked after the neighbours as well, particularly as we built along the boundary line. Lumous Projects took care of end-to-end renovations and we walked into ‘brand new home’. We got all new double glazed windows and doors, new shaker style cabinetry throughout and hardware that was matched to Victorian style ... read more
