It was mostly a babysitting place for our son. He did not want to improve himself, but he was just sitting there most of the day. It ended up not being a place helpful to him. They conveniently also code their counseling visits to be outside of the insurance plan as well so there were a lot of extra costs that were not ever relayed until they were billing a lot of them. Collusion between insurance and healthcare facility again? Not a shocker but disapointing.
I’m very thankful for all the help my daughter received here. As expected at first my daughter hated to be in the day program, and there were many ups and downs just a rollercoaster for a few months but eventually she started to take responsibility and put in effort to get better, I know this wouldn’t happen if it wasn’t for every single staff person, they were amazing and have a lot of knowledge and training.
