Booked a load with Chris. Everything went smooth, great people. They paid as agreed Zelle 50% after pickup and 50% after delivery. Will definitely work with them again!
Would not warranty bad Lumos Solar Panel, which was very clearly defective. Told me because they don't make that model anymore they would not cover the 20 year warranty (8 years into the 20 year warranty). Would not risk buying Lumos solar panels. Had original receipt when I bought them here in Denver, and test results of the bad panel. Update 6-25-2024: I like how they posted/responded 4 years later, long after I had to buy a new panel, because they would not cover the warranty. And made no attempt to contact me.
Worked with them for many years, look up FPL Solar Canopies in Florida to see a bunch of their work.
Called about door to door soliciting, Anita kept talking over me instead of taking my concern. I hung up, SHE CALLS ME BACK to tell me again they do not do door to door and obviously I don't know who I am dealing with. When I try to talk and she keeps talking over me she then tells me the call is being recorded. I hang up when I cannot get a word in edge wise. She then takes it upon herself to TEXT me.
