I came home to find four large holes in my front yard from Lumos installing cable in our neighborhood. One hole cut large roots from my river birch tree which certainly could adversely effect the viability and stability of the tree. Zirrus previously put in internet fiber cable in our neighorhood. Zirrus had the decency to ask us for permission to do so and they put the cable in without destroying our yards and they didn't cut through large tree roots. I've had only positive things to say about Lumos. They answer the phone, they are prompt with installation, the tech guys know what they're talking about, etc. Great company, so much better than dealing with Comcast.
Like the other review said I haven’t received my $200 dollar gift card either , got an email saying you must claim your gift card so I did through the email witch sends you a new email saying it was successful and that I’ll receive my card within 48 hrs of the email well it’s been a week already and nothing . So I call in and was told it can take up to 4-6 weeks to receive it lol when the email states 48 hrs between this and the service maybe I shouldn’t of switched from xfinity & there the most unreliable cable company out ... read more
