Until this was taken over by T-Mobile it was excellent service. Since the takeover or merge whichever it is we have had nothing but problems. Do not recommend this service whatsoever as it is very unreliable. Every time I try to call their customer service phone number all I get is a busy signal.
When we had an issue viewing our Wifi network in our housing, Katrina got us settled. She helped us via the customer service # and was very patient.
Customer Service is the worst. You have to jump through hoops after hoop just to pay a bill!
