When we had an issue viewing our Wifi network in our housing, Katrina got us settled. She helped us via the customer service # and was very patient.
Customer Service is the worst. You have to jump through hoops after hoop just to pay a bill!
Lumos used to be fantastic but for the past 2 months I've had extremely poor service. My connection is supposed to be 500 mbps up/down, but I've had between 5-25 mbps download at night. The service has become unusable. I can't even load pictures at night, let alone stream a video. I've been told there was supposed to be a fix by the end of January 2025, but now there will not be a resolution until February or March at the earliest. Lumos has not offered me compensation.
