Ash and Lumos team installed our solar and battery. Absolutely professional… attention to detail, efficient work with wonderful positive attitude, honest and reliable. Always willing to help and answer any questions. We fully trusted them and it was such a pleasure dealing with them.
I called Lumos and got a same day response. They quickly found the problem and resolved it straight away. It was a total mistake on my behalf by not double checking the safety trip switches. Besides me insisting that they deserved at least a call out fee, they said no and was on there way. 10/10 for honesty. 10/10 for professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone.
