Unbelievable customer service
I went to Lumo salon with my hair in pretty rough shape – the cuticles were all lifted, and the ends were badly damaged. But Shane completely transformed it. He smoothed everything out so beautifully that my hair now flows sleek and shiny, like silky seaweed.
