Despite being super expensive compared to other electricians, we had to go with these guys as the builder had a working relationship with them. Numerous products supplied by them were faulty, and knobs/ usb sockets continuously broke. We were told they would be replaced, and have been left waiting a year for them to be corrected. Despite my wife and I continuously calling/ messaging, we have been ignored, and have been left with non-working switches, which I'll now have to pay to have replaced.
