Lummus Supply came through with flying colors!! Matthew Ham was quick to assist me with the purchase of these doors and very responsive when I needed to switch out the hinges to brushed stainless steel. I'll be replacing other doors throughout my house and will certainly look towards Lummus for future door and materials replacements.
Date: July 10, 2025. After personal calls on several Atlanta builders' supply companies, and receiving Ho Hum attention, poor product knowledge or outrageous prices from most, I came across Store#7 of Lummus Supply Company in Alpharetta, Georgia. WOW! Talk about service with a smile. Sales rep. Matt Ham discussed my needs and said he could get what I needed. He even went out into the warehouse to check as he thought he had a window in stock. This store is a joke, absolutely the worst customer service experience, they don’t care about helping customers, they are awful to deal with, zero knowledge about the products they sell, I’m very disappointed with them!
