After personal calls on several Atlanta builders' supply companies, and receiving Ho Hum attention, poor product knowledge or outrageous prices from most, I came across Store#7 of Lummus Supply Company in Alpharetta, Georgia. WOW! Talk about service with a smile. Sales rep. Matt Ham discussed my needs and said he could get what I needed. He even went out into the warehouse to check as he thought he had a window in stock. This store is a joke, absolutely the worst customer service experience, they don’t care about helping customers, they are awful to deal with, zero knowledge about the products they sell, I’m very disappointed with them!

Lenn Chadwick an employee at the Lummus Oakwood location has got to be the biggest narcissist as a human being can be. Really sad. I’ve spoken to employees beneath him and they concur with that. A little man that berates everyone besides himself. Today’s society doesn’t accept that behavior anymore. Why he has employment is beyond me. Hiding behind his Dungeons and Dragon beard bringing sadness to the world. Hopefully Lummus can reposition him so no one has to deal with this man’s anger.
