We had the best five day staying at Lumiere. The service was impeccable. The room and the Residences are wonderful. The staff were so helpful the boys from black-tie could bend over backwards to do anything for you in the Ski VALET. The breakfast service was fantastic and the selection was great. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

For us, this was a rare foray into high-end luxury stays. Sometimes that can be intimidating for newcomers to the sphere. We've definitely felt that discomfort elsewhere, even here in Telluride. Not here. We were greeted warmly by the manager, put at instant ease by her. All our silly questions and concerns were graciously addressed. I LOVE the Lumiere hotel! The rooms are awesome (especially the residences!!). It's definitely the best hotel in Telluride!

Resort was amazing and staff are super attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a ski valet ski in and out boutique hotel with five star amenities and staff. Boutique hotel has Wolf appliances and top notch pool and hot tub.

They are a SCAM! There is a great chance they will keep your money and not allow you to book. The CEO (Brent Handler) and management only care about lining their pockets. BRENT stepped down and ran up massive amounts of debt, left the company at a valuation of $34 million dollars, and stole millions of dollars from investors. But, in leaving, he gave himself a half million dollars, paid insurance, and 100k in paid vacations. Also, gave the VP almost 1 million to leave and threw in a gag clause...
