Matt from Lumiere went out of his way to ensure we were happy and even installed his own lights in our walk-in closet to make sure we were happy when the lights we had didn't properly.
Mat from Luniere came to do the electrical work with MBC homes or MBC construction. I asked him to install an outlet in each of my walk on cabinets so I could go out and buy any lights I want after the fact. Instead he installed low voltage electrical wires without my approval. When I questioned him he said that low voltage cabinet lights were readily available but when looking online I could not find not a one. Matt came to to what we all thought was going to be a straightforward 200A panel upgrade. But turns out our previous panel was not to code, nor was the meter installation outside. He spent a lot of extra time to get everything moved and installed correctly in a very tight timeline in time for the people from the hydro company to reconnect the main power, and stayed the extra hours to make sure everything was perfect. Would highly recommend!
Matt and Aria were amazing. Matt is an artist. He cared about things that didn’t even cross mind. In my experience electricians are very rough, just cut through everything without any thought, do what is convenient for them, and leave a huge mess behind. Not Matt though. He and Aria were very meticulous and made sure everything was done in a way that left minimal damage and was aesthetically pleasing. Now I have power to my dryer and stove. I cannot recommend this company enough.
Mat was part of the fantastic team of contractors that helped renovate our main floor / kitchen. We installed pot lights throughout the main floor and second floor hallway, installed dimmer switches, upgraded our outlets and light switches. Mat made some great suggestions that we had not thought of and most importantly for us- he fixed our outside lights which had actually never worked properly in the entire 25 years we have been here!
