It was good when it was Lumiere Detox. Please don’t send your love ones here because they will be recycled back and forth from Prestige to Academy and back to Prestige. They don’t care about recovery all they care about is the insurance money trust me I used to work there before I saw them recycling clients. They need to be reported
The facility is very clean and comfortable. I was extremely impressed with the level of care and support the tech's offered. They listened to me and showed genuine concern. Nursing staff was just OK. The exception being nurse Barbara. What a loving and competent nurse . The therapist I had was not good. She really didn't tell me anything I didn't already know plus she was hard to track down and get more than a 10 minute session with. Food was average, but plenty of it if you have a big appetite. I would give this facility a 0 star review !!!!!! they took complete advantage of my son,who was having a mental health crisis.I wanted him to go to a place that had a OCCA license to test and treat mental health.One of the employees, Anne brainwashed my son into believing the other place was no good. This faculty did NOT include me in any decisions that were being made for my son.They claimed THEY Called me and I didn't answer my phone,any parents who is 1600 miles away answers any call coming in from Florida. 7-1-19 Lumiere Detox Center in Jupiter, Fl started me on a path to sobriety that I always knew I needed to be on I just wasn’t sure how to get it started.
