I have been seeing Lisa for several months now based on recommendations from some physical therapists I trust. I was referred to Mary for myofascial release massage to treat old scar tissue on my lower abdomen and tight shoulders and hip muscles. I felt relief after my first visit. I went back for additional sessions and each time Mary knew exactly the areas to treat and applied very specific (and painless) techniques that I have not experienced anywhere else. On a side note, and a plus for her patients, she is working on finishing her kinesiology degree.

Lisa has been instrumental in providing pain relief for my hip issue. After years of trying to work it out myself with foam rolling, hip mobility exercises and weight strengthening; I am finally pain free when getting out of a chair and I can now sleep on my right side. I am on a maintenance program with Lisa once every 4 weeks. I still do mobility and strength exercises. Her prices are reasonable and worth every penny! Her depth of knowledge, deep understanding of the body, and specialized massage techniques have helped my upper back and shoulder pain tremendously.
