I am a new patient of Luminous Skin Cancer Clinic and have found my last two consultations for skin check/ rosacea cons and cyst excision plus 2 biopsies to be a very positive experience. I have absolute confidence in the Drs I have seen. The admin staff are lovely and the waiting room area very comfortable. I’ve been to a few different skin specialists over the years in the Hunter and had terrible treatment thats left huge scars and was recommended to see Jack. I’d lost faith and trust in skin specialists but coming to see Jack changed all of that. I felt very comfortable and always looked after by Jack and his team. I feel he has always gone above and beyond for me and always gave me options that have been honest and care led. I have had 3 visits to this clinic and each time has been amazing all the staff are very lovely and welcoming and jack really takes the time to listen to your concerns and work out the best possible course of treatment to suit your needs and timeframe. I have acne problems and am currently receiving laser treatment for it to have clear skin for my wedding and I can already see such a huge difference I could not recommend this place anymore!
