Wish i could give zero stars. I booked a facial here a MONTH ago for my birthday. Was so excited and have been looking forward to it. Then less than 24 hours and after all my confirmation emails i get an email that my appointment has been cancelled!! When I respond back asking why they say because the salon has been temporarily closed and they “attempted” reaching out 3 times back in October. Funny how if thafs the case then why wasn’t my appointment cancelled back in October? Why wait until the night before?! I could’ve boo... read more
