To begin with, this would have been a wonderful review. Today, I brought my niece and sister in law for pedicures. We got the best package and opted for regular paint instead of gel. The providers were wonderful and we LOVED the special pampering. The service was at 1:30. Three hours, almost four my paint was completely tacky and smearing. Went for pedicures with my mom and grandma, we were told to sit at the chairs and put our feet in the water. It was busy, however we had appointments. After being asked which priced pedicure we wanted, we sat there an additional 20 minutes because we chose the basic option. We had soggy feet and were not relaxed. Once we were finished we had no where to sit and dry so we had to pay and leave. I’ve been coming here for years and we will not be back.

Usually I love the work that they do here but they take appointments they cannot fulfill. Today was the second time I had to leave before being seen. I waited 40 minutes it felt as though they forgot about my appointment and took walk-in’s over me. They also left acetone on my fingers the whole time I waited so I have to remove it myself since it was burning and irritating my skin.
