Sadly, I wont be going back. About a month ago I took my whole office out for a spa day. 2 of the 10 ladies had issues with their services. I was offered a refund, but never made it back to the shop to recieve. This past Sunday I made an apt with Matt for a manicure/pedicure. The pedicure seemed to go fine, but the manicure was rushed. He did not remove all existing polish not did I receive a lower arm massage or warm towels.
