I can’t say anything other than I’ve been going here for years and I’ve been bringing the fathers of both my daughters for pedicures on Father’s Day, and we have never left unsatisfied. Was recommended to try Luminous Nail Spa. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I called on Monday and set up an appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early. The technician (Mabo) decided to take me for a mani/pedi. I requested a regular polish for the pedi and gel for the mani. I have attached the picture of the color I selected for the manicure which when she went to do them told me it was too light? So she offered other colors. Okay fine no biggie. Last time I went the guy was mean and aggressive with my hands so I decided next time I’d go I’d try and get someone nicer so I looked at reviews and ended up picking a girl this time that everyone said was nice and my set didn’t even last a week it started peeling and now I soaked them in acetone to get them off just to see all of them are damaged and I lost a nail I’ve spent over 300$ here and always tipped over 25 percentage they take advantage of your kindness I should’ve spoken up when they were being rude and rushing I... read more
