I have been in sessions with a wonderful therapist who makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed while I'm there. These sessions are helping me to speak with a relaxed and even tone so that I'm not coming off sarcastic or hurtful to others. Also, learning to take a step back from situations and issues that does not benefit my mental stability. I am going to continue on my mental journey with these sessions.
