Wilson did an amazing job on my car! Removing some rust spots that were on the car from delivery. He were able to completely transform the exterior. The paint looks brand new and the interior is spotless—every single crevice was cleaned out. The attention to detail is truly impressive. He was also incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their car detailed. You won't be disappointed
We booked interior detailing due to bad odour in a car we just bought, and Wilson went above and beyond. He responded quickly, was extremely attentive, and took the time to carefully diagnose the problem. He identified mould and pointed out other issues that we hadn't noticed, explained everything clearly, and worked hard the entire day to clean and treat the interior thoroughly. Super approachable, professional and knowledgeable, highly recommend!
The service was A1! The job completed was exceptional, the knowledge of the processes and procedures where second to non and the knowledge of the products used where top class. Would not hesitate in recommending this business and I will continue as a happy customer.
I took my son's car for a detailed interior clean to Luminous. Wilson was very thorough and the overall quality of the cleaning was excellent. The car was 2 years old and had a couple of stains on the seat fabric. Wilson first explained that he could not guarantee the stains could be removed as we didn't know what caused them and also they had been there for a while. Wilson was very professional, friendly and honest in all our interactions. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car detail, and I could tell he really values the work he does.
