My sister had her first baby shower here, no AC, no one came to fix just put out loud fans blowing hot air around the room, mind you there were children including my own sweating & uncomfortable from the heat. How sad that these people have a business that is supposed to celebrate life milestones but lack integrity & have shown how dishonest & untrustworthy they are.
They are rude and never help to fix the problem of a broken A/C from the beginning of the event. In this south Texas heat A/C is a must. And they didn’t even have fans to help.
Very unprofessional!!!! A dear friend had her baby shower there and the ac broke before her event started they didn’t offer to accommodate her at all they were rude for the amount of money yall charge the least you could do is make sure everything is in working order I was planning 2 babyshowers and I will not use these people !!!!!! If I could give no stars I would owners were RUDE!!!!
Update: My sister-in-law did NOT get a refund or discount. She was defensive when my sister-in-law would call about the concerns and acted as if she was inconveniencing her during the baby shower. Owner is rude and very unprofessional! I’m writing this based on my sister in law experience for her baby shower at the venue.
