We hosted a baby shower and had an amazing experience at Luminous Events! Selena was easy to work with and accommodated everything we asked for. She always responded timely and met us at the venue when needed. We had plenty of time to set and clean up and the attendant we had for the day of was so attentive and helpful. Our guests had a great time and everyone love the decor. Selena did an amazing job matching our theme to the centerpieces, balloons and tablecloths. We absolutely loved it and would have something here again!
This is our favorite place to celebrate, our family absolutely loves it. I have had 3 of my own birthday parties here and 2 for my daughter.. I will always celebrate here it's nice, clean, everyone always has a great time we have had no issues..the owners are easy to work with and tend to every need..the decorations are always a hit!! if you are looking for somewhere to celebrate your next event this is the place to be 10/10 recommend
I used this vendor for a baby shower. It is a beautiful space with plenty of room. It includes and fridge and sink too. The owner was easy to work with and responsive to my many questions over time. I was worried about the limited set up time but she was very helpful with the set up and really we finished early. I highly recommend this vendor and will use this space again when needed!
Good luck getting ahold of anyone for any information and the owner or whoever lacks customer service, They answer Their business number like your stupid for calling them rude ugly tone once she realized it was a potential customer her tone perked a tad.
My sister had her first baby shower here, no AC, no one came to fix just put out loud fans blowing hot air around the room, mind you there were children including my own sweating & uncomfortable from the heat. How sad that these people have a business that is supposed to celebrate life milestones but lack integrity & have shown how dishonest & untrustworthy they are.
