Had a wonderful experience working with Luminous, and would absolutely recommend them to all my friends and family. The technicians and office staff were all very kind, professional, knowledgeable and had great communication. We will absolutely use them again in the future, and highly recommend them.
Be very careful before agreeing to their “free” inspection. My wife called to schedule a free inspection for our landscape lighting. When the tech arrived, he immediately said it would cost $300 just to check the system. She agreed, thinking we’d at least get a diagnosis. Then he said it would cost more to check another area. By the end, we were quoted $15,000 to redo our entire landscaping — and still weren’t told what was actually wrong with the system. In a cinch my CEO came to me about light fixture repairs and was really on my butt about getting them done ASAP! They came so fast for the estimates, bared with me through my piss poor knowledge of breaker boxes and their locations in our buildings, and gave us an amazing end result! S/O you guys, really saved my butt there haha
