Queried the cost of myomunchee's, of which we purchased two. I expected them to be the cost on the myomunchee website or similar ($94 each). The cost was significantly more at $220 each. This cost was sneakily attached to our bill without discussion and it wasn't until they emailed our receipt that I learned how much we'd been ripped off. I emailed back to query and I was ignored. Contacted this dentist multiple times after emailing a complaint through about being charged a fee for a service that was not completed and not agreed to on my son. No response was returned. Extremely disappointing service as I have recommended them to family and friends for years.
I can not recommend Helix Dental enough! I spent 3 years getting Invisalign/braces treatment to correct my bite and straighten my teeth. After investing so much time and effort into my treatment, I went to see Matt and Tom at Helix to seek their advice regarding composite bonding to do the finishing touches 'so to speak'. Fast forward 4 weeks later - Tom has just finished my composite bonding today and I couldn't be happier.
