I went to this place several years ago for Autism screening. They were supposed to run my insurance previous to the visit to make sure the testing would be covered. On the day of my visit I arrived to a dark, dirty, run down office. The waiting room "chairs" are literally a piece of a sectional sofa. The counselor, Josh, has a security camera running during the entire visit with no explanation as to why. After several weeks I had not received my test results. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Josh is the worst therapist an adult female can go to. He is rude and inconsiderate, horribly sexist, and unprofessional. He smoked during our session and our second session allowed an 'intern' student to sit in on the session. He was very demanding of what I needed to change about myself and told me to 'leave my apartment, leave my relationship, 'screw the cat' and move back in with my parents". This was horrible advice. DO NOT GO TO JOSH.
Jason is an awesome therapist. PHENOMENAL THERAPIST. However, the billing and scheduling department has dropped the ball 5 times so far within 4 appointments. They told me my co pay was going to be $13. I asked two separate people to check on this and verify. I got my bill and I’m being charged at $122 a session. Thrive also scheduled me incorrectly twice and the first therapist I had decided to leave the company after my first appointment. I wasn’t even called to get this information.
