Dr. Wilson is awesome! She’s been integral in helping with my oldest daughter as we navigate an IBD diagnosis and was there to help when my youngest had a fall and needed quick relief from jarring her neck. I’ve also seen the other provider here for a massage and she was able to help with some much needed relief in my neck and shoulder.
Dr. Wilson is a miracle worker! Two years ago during Octoberfest, I was bent over a sink washing a mountain of dishes when something slipped in my back. I was unable to walk or work without immense pain. Since the first appointment, and every appointment since, I have felt better and better. She is an amazing practitioner, an awesome teacher, and a really cool person. I highly recommend!
I have been extremely happy with the care I have received from Dr. Kristan Wilson at River and Root Wellness. I have structural issues with my feet/ankles. As I have aged, walking has become more difficult and painful. Dr. Wilson did an in-depth initial evaluation which gave me insight into my problems. Her knowledge of muscles & bones, nutrition, and exercise have improved my mobility and greatly decreased my pain. She is amazing!
Dr. Wilson is so incredible to work with. When she heard my daughter was having trouble she recommended a food allergy test that checked 250+ different foods and chemicals. What we discovered was overwhelming, but Kristan's personality and presentation style/bedside manner for walking us through a long list of ingredients was calming. Absolutely the best service you can get. I was dealing with horrible migraines and not only has her work helped minimize that she showed me at home exercises to help. You’re greeted with smile every time. Always a 10/10
