Had a good experience buying here. Justin is easy going and even gave me a ride down to pick up the vehicle once everything was arranged. The list price was reasonable however I was still able to negotiate it down a bit. I think this is the first time I’ve ever purchased a vehicle, new or used where I wasn’t shuffled from one room to the next in an attempt to hard sell me on warranties, undercoating, tire and wheel protection, etc. Even the autoplan sales agent didn’t try to upsell on optional coverages. I just bought a used car from them , I appreciate the service thanks to Steven and Bruce for helping me , they are honest and reliable and their looking for customer satisfaction, even after I bought the car , there is a missing items , Bruce was following up after a month from buying the car , definitely I will deal with them again , very highly recommended

Made an appointment to see a vehicle, was told he would have it ready for me coming. I messaged before I left to go see vehicle, I messaged when I was in traffic with an update. To get there and be sat in a chair waiting for the guy I set the appointment with for 15-20 minutes, he then shows up and tells me he's was busy and was unable to get things ready!
