Dr. Zheng is the WORST doctor i have ever seen. did a procedure without my consent. dismissed all of my concerns. left in tears feeling violated and defeated. would not go back to her if she was the last doctor on earth
Very accommodating
I had a very bad experience. There is a long wait to get an appointment. When they called to move my appointment again, I had the option of waiting 3 more months for next available or waiting 1 month and driving 40 minute from home. The office staff was not compassionate nor did they seem to know which locations provided the services I was prescribed. There was a lot of paperwork even though I am in the Luminis system already. I think I could have overlooked that if I had felt listened to or cared for by the medical staff. C... read more
