Two things. The nurse practitioner (Ms. Gardner) who sees patients kept me waiting for nearly an hour. None of the staff members approached me to tell me there would be delay. I had to inquire about the long wait. Staff notified Ms. Gardner that I was waiting, but after 45 minutes, I finally left. I felt that Ms. Gardner did not value me as a patient or respect my time. I didn't get passed the intial call to schedule an appointment the receptionist who I spoke to was so rude and unprofessional I decided to go someplace else smh.

Just had the same experience as the previous reviewer. Scheduler was rude, and was put out if I asked her to repeat something she said. I asked her to email me the paperwork to fill out for my Mid Nov appt in the Bowie office and still have not received them. I guess I will have to call again .
