I was seeing a PA there. Called to make an appointment and she was no longer with the practice. Was told no one else was seeing patients except one other PA who is full until September. Would be nice to be notify the patients so they could find a new practice. The attitude is they definitely don't care so guess they are busy enough.
Made appointment, got confirmation. Took off work, drove 30 miles to be told my appointment had been canceled and the next available appointment is a month out. The front desk clerk who didn’t believe I had an appointment until I showed her my confirmation email, just blamed the system they use and said someone should have called. No one called, no email and no voicemail. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else….
The NP I see here is so wonderful but I don't know how many more times I can handle Luminis Health sending my claims to my old insurance policy and then sending me a bill 5 months later. This has happened twice already despite updating my insurance. The cherry on top of this last incident was the email with a dead-end phone number so I had to go digging to find the correct number for the billing department.
Dr. Skinner is the best doctor I have ever had. Over 13 years and she is still compassionate, knowledgeable and on top of things. Absolutely adore her!

Meko as always is incredibly compassionate and attentive, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for during my visit.
