Dr Skinner and her assistant Ahmed are amazing.
Not impressed with the front office atmosphere . The lady at the check in desk didn’t look up from her IPad to say hello. Her very few words and body language made it seemed like I was inconveniencing her by being there.
Even if the doctors here are good the front office staff is horrible and luminus practice standards are terrible too. When I came here for 1 appt the front office staff was rude and indignant and made me feel like my near presence as a patient making them do there job and not just chat with each other was a terrible inconvenience. Then there are actual timers on the doors to make sure doctors don’t spend more than 12 mins with a patient.
