People are very nice but communication is lacking. MyChart and RX refills. No urgency/accountability.
I had a great experience during my physical as a new patient. From start to finish, the staff was warm and attentive. The medical assistant, Fatima, kindly offered me a snack and beverage after I told her I didn't have time to eat prior to my appointment (busy new mom). Everyone, from the front desk to the back office, has always been very nice and friendly to me. I always feel very welcomed, and Dr. Dominique Griffin is awesome.
This place is awesome. Staff is great. Docs are great and care. Wonderful experience so far.
