called and scheduled an appt, was scheduled with a NP. just received a call that i need to see a doctor and not an NP which now would have to wait over another month for that appointment
Love Love Haley Zimmerman, CRNP . she takes time to listen and will do what she can to help with whatever is going on medically. She holds compassion and actually sits with you and doesn't rush. When it feels like I am talking with a close friend when I go for any appointment speaks volumes for my own mental health. I want to give a shout out to Kem, shes the queen of blood draw only phlebotomist that can find a vein on first stick and not leave a bruise. People are very nice but communication is lacking. MyChart and RX refills. No urgency/accountability.
