We had a great experience with Lauren. She was very professional and knowledgeable performing my mom’s mammogram. She took time with her and answered all her questions making her feel very comfortable.
I started seeing Joyce Flynt in 2025. I’ve been very impressed the the time she takes explaining issues. I don’t feel rushed. I leave a visit knowing my concerns have been heard. There have been issues with the call center, but not my provider. The Chester office manager has been very helpful also.
I was a patient at Lumins Health in Annapolis. They sent me a letter saying that our practioner was no longer there and we had to switch practioners. I decided that it was a good time to switch to our local Lumins provider. I clled and was told no new patients were being accepted. I explained that I was a current Lumins patient and the notice I receieved. The front desk lady was rude and abrupt and did not seem to care to help me or offer any reasons other than "No New Patients" and also did not offer any other suggestions. ... read more
So many good experiences here - we visit multiple doctors in this location. Dr. Matthews and staff have been very helpful to us. My husband and I have been coming here for years now. We use the lab and radiology departments also- so convenient to have so much in one location. Our experiences have always been fast, friendly, and helpful- everyone has been fantastic!
So sad this office has gotten so bad with customer service from the front desk to the doctor Dr Deon-George. Ive been coming here for a few years just out of convenience since they are on Kent Island. But they have screwed up so many times over the years and i keep going back out of convenience. Finally i swore i would never step foot in this office. They always take a week to get any prescription refills sent over to the pharmacy, not to mention, you need to follow up with them 3 times to confirm they follow through with it... read more
