Staff is rude and non empathetic. You do not feel like you matter as a patient.
I'm a shock trauma patient with calised veins and that young girl that drew my blood was fantastic. I've had techs with experience have trouble but this girl was fantastic and very good at her job. I was there at 1pm March 11,2025. I wish I knew her name
Very courteous staff, on time, great mammogram and dead scan experience.
They make me feel relaxed.
The staff are cold and clinical, at best. My concerns were dismissed, "what do want me to do about it," and Makas laughed at me when I told him what I wanted. He said that was not good medicine and proceeded to laugh almost maniacally for several seconds. I am made to feel like I'm taking up their time and they have more important things to do. I will be researching a new doctor with my insurance.
