This clinic is absolutely horrible at answering the phone. I have been calling every day for the last WEEK and NO one has answered the phone to help me schedule an appointment. Customer service is HORRENDOUS. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with my PCP and leaving voicemail after voicemail with no response. Do yourself a favor and go literally ANYWHERE else.

On Google, it clearly states that it opens at 8am, yet these people will NOT pick up a phone until much later. We're talking from like 9am, all the way up to 11am possibly. Which keeps on happening to me, every time I call to try to make an appointment or attempt to get any kind of help over the phone.

No discrediting a professional who studied and worked hard, but if I cannot visit this office post car collision to get a recommendation for an in-network provider i cannot understand why I am using Luminis Health systems. Patient First told me to vist a GP/PC for a referral only to told to visit a similar urgent care center or to visit Annapolis locations for post collision help. This leaves me in pain, confused and now in need of a delayed treatment due to a lack of whatever capability this location has. I do not need xray... read more
